Service Description

The Herbal Medicine & Health Coaching plan provides additional support to those using Herbal Medicine who would like to deepen their knowledge and learn more about living a naturally healthier lifestyle through health coaching. The first half of the consultation will focus on the reason for your visit and the second half will cover a topic relevant to you, that will help you in your natural health journey. Topics may include Food and Nutrition, Sleep Hygiene, Activity and Exercise, Harmful Cookware, Safe Personal Hygiene, and Stress Management. The Herbal Medicine and Health Coaching plan includes four consultations as follows: One 60 minute Initial Consultation Three 60 minute follow up consultations Three telephone support appointments to provide the opportunity to ask questions between appointments and provide support between visits. Bespoke Herbal Medicine prescription One prescription of herbal medicine for the duration of the plan. Additional prescriptions will incur a separate fee at a discounted rate. The fee for the Herbal Medicine & Health Coaching plan does not include: Supplements Private Medical Tests The programme is bespoke and patient-centred, meaning your programme is designed according to your specific needs which are agreed with you at your Initial Consultation. Herbal Medicine is the main system of medicine used with the Herbal Medicine & Health Coaching plan. The plan is not restricted to herbal medicine and may include dietary support, supplement advice and lifestyle changes.
